Sir,
I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to transmit herewith for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies copy of correspondence with the War Office respecting the maintenance of the Naval telephone line from D'Aguilar to the main Signal Station Hong Kong Dockyard.
2.- I am also to enclose copy of the agreement which was recently concluded between the Admiralty and the Hong Kong Government regarding the transfer and maintenance of certain signal stations at Hong Kong.
